At Lucisumbra, our goal is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you may request a return and refund according to the policy outlined below.

Return Policy

If you wish to return any product, you must notify us by email within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns that are not reported within 14 days will not be accepted.

Damaged products cannot be returned.

Products subject to hygiene regulations cannot be returned.

Personalized (made-to-order) products cannot be returned.

After placing your order, cancellations or changes cannot be made until the product has been delivered. You may only return unused, unopened products with complete contents and original, undamaged packaging.

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Orders not canceled within 1 hour cannot be canceled. However, if the product has been delivered and meets the return conditions, a return process may be initiated.

Our products must comply with hygiene standards. Products subject to hygiene regulations cannot be returned. Personalized (custom-made) products are also non-returnable.

After we receive your return request, Lucisumbra.com will respond within 7 business days. You must return the product in its original packaging, box, and with all contents included. The return address will be provided to you after your request is submitted. Returns sent to an incorrect address will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days, depending on your bank. Before initiating the refund, the condition of the product will be inspected. If the conditions are met, the refund process will begin. Products subject to hygiene regulations cannot be returned.

Note

Customs fees for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Only the product price and shipping cost will be refunded to the buyer.

General Return Conditions

Returns must be made with the original box, contents, and complete, undamaged packaging. Products with missing, damaged, or unusable packaging will not be accepted for return.
